Pixies vs Pirates opinion: Felt a Feature short but All in All a Good Slot
Pixies vs Pirates is an interesting game, because it features its trademark xNudge and xWays features. The expanding reels reminded me a little bit of another high volatility slot called Bonanza from BTG that features Megaways mechanics, although it works a little differently.
This slot enjoys solid graphics and audio and three great features but I couldn’t help but feel that the game could have used a fourth bonus feature that helped to support the pirate and pixie narrative.
The features incorporating the xWays and xNudge mechanics trigger relatively often but, as I expected, the Battle Rounds Free Spins required some patience but always seemed worth the wait. All in all, I thought that this was a good slot with some good payout potential and worth a look if one is into high volatility slots.
