Gameplay
The Slingo base game has you spin reels to mark off numbers on a 5×5 board as they appear on the slot onlines. The aim is to complete paylines (Slingos) and fill up the card for a Full House. You get 10 base spins to complete the card by marking off all the numbers to get 12 Slingos. You can purchase extra spins for increasing wager amounts as the card is increasingly full.
Each Slingo line you complete moves you up a prize ladder, which multiplies the value of the remaining prizes based on your initial wager, up to a maximum 20x modifier.
With a max bet of £100, a max prize of £5000 and a Full house modifier of 20x, the max win can go as high as £100,000.
The Deal or No Deal element adds a number of potential prizes that are taken off the screen as you mark boxes off the lines. You start the game by picking a lucky box from a list of 26. Your lucky box contains one of the prizes you can claim, while the remaining 25 go to make up the 5×5 bingo card.
As the potential prizes are removed at random, it’s possible that you’ll keep on wagering, only to see the lowest prizes remain, giving you no chance to set a loss limit.

Banker’s offer
Once you reach 4 Slingo lines, you unlock the Banker’s Offer. With every round, you can choose Deal, No Deal or Spin. This is essentially a gamble or wager feature where you have three options:
- Take the Banker’s Offer.
- Claim the prize in your mystery box and apply the multipliers to it.
- Keep spinning to try to reach bigger wins.
The banker’s office will change after each spin, based on the values of the remaining prizes.
Beat the banker by accepting an offer that is higher than your mystery prize.

Deal or No Deal Slingo Review: Risky and complicated
You don’t need to be a fan of the TV show to enjoy the Deal or No Deal Slingo game.
This game adds several layers of risk and opportunity to the original Slingo mechanics. There is an additional excitement in playing to beat the banker. But the dynamics also make it more difficult to cross the threshold into bigger wins.
Personally, I found that this game requires too much effort in terms of wagering, strategy and tense decision-making, in exchange for rare and mostly disappointing payoffs.
I seriously recommend trying our free demo to understand the game before playing for real money. On the plus side, fans of the Deal or No Deal game show might have a slight advantage.
